As of Friday, August 29, I feel quite a bit better. I couldn't be happier with the choice of Sarah Palin as VP pick for McCain. While the Obamunist promised you- his loyal flock of government dependent entitlement seekers- change, what you got was more of the same in Biden as his VP pick. While we agonized over McCain pulling another stupid and possibly bringing Lieberman (yeah, I know Hannity gushes over him, but he's still as liberal as they come) or another liberal on the ticket with him, he pleasantly surprised us with an actual real Conservative Washington outsider. You know it's a good choice when the screeching, hissing, spitting, wailing and gnashing of teeth from the lunatic left reaches ear-piercing levels. Had they yawned at this choice, or worse, praised this choice, there would be reason to wonder if she was a good move. No, what we've got is the cowardly little flaccid fairies who spout off at the Daily POS libelously attacking her teenage daughter. Heaven forbid any of these maggots actually gets in there and debates policy with the actual candidate herself. No, they're reduced to going after a teenager who did the wrong thing, but who is making the right choice. Pretty low even for them. Of course, had she aborted the child they'd be singing her praises. They're afraid, and the level of their nastiness shows it. Sometimes I think a good old fashioned rumble would be cool. You know, greasers vs. the soc's type scene. We name an arena and have ourselves a little pre-Armageddon rumble. A liberal b!@ch slapping festival. Forget the digital insults and layers of anonymity. A little knuckle-to-tooth, edge of hand to the throat, elbow to the eye socket type dancing... ...Harsh? Unnecessary? Undignified? Childish? Vile? Barbaric? Classless? You're absolutely right... The Daily KOS is all those things. RII, Indeed. -C
